I'm not just any agent - I'm a seasoned and professionally trained negotiator, carrying the MCNE® certification (Master Certified Negotiation Expert). I've worked with countless buyers and I love working with all types of buyers, including first-time home buyers and those looking to downsize and retire.

I also hold my SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. The SRES® designation is awarded only to real estate agents who have additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions.

It’s important to convey how I work hard to take as much of the stress out of the closing process, from coordinating home inspections and subject removal, to handling every piece of paperwork with care and very close attention to detail.
